What is CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of over 100 compounds found in hemp plants. It’s a non-intoxicating cannabinoid that acts on natural cannabinoid receptors present in the Endocannabinoid System (ECS).
The binding of plant cannabinoids, also known as phytocannabinoids, to the ECS help regulate certain vital functions of the body, including:

What is the difference between marijuana and hemp?
Marijuana and hemp are legally defined by the amount of delta 9 THC they contain. Hemp contains less than 0.3% while anything with more is classified as marijuana.
What is the difference between full spectrum, broad spectrum, and isolate?
Full Spectrum
- Created from hemp through full plant extraction
- Includes all active hemp-derived cannabinoids, including <0.3% THC
- Also contains plant terpenes, flavonoids, vitamins, minerals, plant proteins all from original hemp source
- All compounds work together in what is known as the Entourage Effect to multiply the potential health benefits
Broad Spectrum
- Created by taking Full Spectrum extract and further processing it to remove trace amounts of THC
- Includes most active hemp-derived cannabinoids, except THC
- Just like Full Spectrum, all compounds work together in what is known as the Entourage Effect to multiply the potential health benefits
Isolate
- Created by removing all other molecules except CBD from the Full Spectrum extract
- All that remains is a white powder that is at least 99% pure CBD with 0.0% THC
How do I use CBD products?
CBD Oil Tinctures
- Hold the desired serving size under the tongue for 10-20 seconds before swallowing.
- Add CBD oil to your favorite drinks.
CBD Isolates
- Add your desired serving size of CBD isolate to food or beverages. Mix until dissolved.
CBD Gummies
- Simply chew and enjoy.
CBD Capsules & Softgels
- Take with water and swallow like you would with any other supplement.
CBD Topicals
- Apply a liberal amount of product to desired area.
CBD Vapes
- Disposable vape pens and cartridges are ready to use right out of the box. Simply inhale and enjoy as needed throughout the day. Safely discard when the disposable vape pen or cartridge is depleted of CBD vape liquid.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes, all of our products are third-party tested to ensure quality and consistency.
How do your products ship?
All packages are shipped out via USPS within 48 hours after a payment is processed. We operate 10am-6pm CST Monday-Friday. Our purchase policy allows 2-4 days for fulfillment to accommodate processing times during periods of higher volume.
Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. For faster shipping, we recommend ordering at the beginning of the business week.
Can I make a change to my order after purchasing?
We are unable to make changes to an order after it has been processed. This helps us avoid errors in the fulfillment process, as we strive to provide the highest quality service for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.
What is your cancellation policy?
We try to be as accommodating as possible with cancellations. Please email info@wellnesssupplycenter.com to let us know if you need to cancel an order. We will always do our best to make it happen. Please note that due to our quick turnaround on orders, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, please contact our customer service to organize a return.
What is your return policy and process?
Only products that are nonperishable and NOT intended for consumption or application to the body are eligible for return or exchange. If a product is damaged or broken due to mechanical or manufactory failure, then it is eligible for exchange of a product of equal value or refund within 7 days of purchase, with a receipt present. Other products that are perishable and intended for consumption or application to the body are NOT eligible for return or refund due to the nature of the products.
What if I have an issue with my order?
Please contact info@wellnesssupplycenter.com to assist. If there is an issue with your product, i.e. damage, please send a photo of the product and a photo of your invoice to info@wellnesssupplycenter.com for assistance.
